• We have arranged many examples of our labels in categories according to the occasion. Simply view actual samples in the various groupings and follow the directions on each page to make changes to suit. You will find suggestions for customizing the label on the FORM that are part of the process on each design page. Once you have decided on your custom label, we will create it and send you a sample, either by mail, fax or e-mail. If paying by credit card, we require the card holder to sign a release form before we ship.

• For rush orders, allow 2 days for processing and 1 to 3 days for air freight. a $20.00 surcharge will be applied.

• A full color label sample for your approval is always sent free of charge via e-mail (we send a link, not an attachment), fax or post office.

• Our minimum order is for 24 units of filled bottles, boxes, tags or candles. Our minimum for empty boxes and labels only is 50 pieces. You can order any additional number over the minimum and you can mix and match any of the products with the same label.

• Wines & Cider187 ml are about 71/2" tall.
• Favor Boxes are triangle shaped, 4 1/8" by 2 1/2" on each side.
• Chocolate Bar Boxes are 5 3/4" by 2 3/4" by 5/16" tall.
• Pillar Candlesare 2" in diameter and 3" tall.
• The favor boxes hold about 2 to 2.5 oz. The 187ml clear bottle holds about 5.5 oz of jelly beans, mint lentils or M&Ms.
• The Acrylic picture frame stands 3 1/2" tall and 5" wide.
• The Favor Tags are about 2 1/4" square.

• Order a sample by going to the product page you desire and ordering 1 item. Specify the label design in the label options text box and we will try to find an existing label close to the one you chose.

• All the favors are manufactured by us or by American, name brand manufacturers with the exception of the Danish mint lentils and Lindt chocolates.
• Our wines are all produced and bottled by us, Diamond Hill Vineyards.
• The non-alcoholic sparkling cider is produced in Virginia by Alpenglo.
• Our jelly beans are by Jelly Belly (39 assorted colors and flavors ).
• We have M&Ms; Truffles are from Lindt.
• We carry Danish mints (lentils) in pastel shades, also available in custom colors.
• Jordan Almonds (white but other colors can be requested).
• The Elegant Chocolate Bar Box can hold a Hershey, Nestle, Ghiradelli or Godiva bar of about 1.5 0z.
• The acrylic picture frames are also make in house.

• We use UPS for all of our overland shipping and UPS and FEDEX for air shipments.
• Samples are mailed or go via UPS.

• For all products we offer a 10% discount at 192 units and over.
• 15% for 288 units.
• 20% on orders of 400 or more.
• No discounts are offered on the unattached labels, tags or empty boxes.

• You may add to your order any time up to and including your wedding day... you may decrease your order, however you may be charged for materials already produced after you have approved the label. If you cancel an order after we have make a sample, you will lose your deposit.

• This is an "e-commerce" site and all information including credit card numbers are submitted to our secure encrypted site at www.favorlabel.com.
• We do not share your personal information with anyone else.
• If you prefer, you may submit your order via fax or phone.

• This site does not include any advertising other than links to other quality wedding sites.

• We accept Visa, M/C, Discover, debit cards and Amex, certified bank check, personal checks (allow 10 days to process personal checks) or money order.
• We accept personal checks, allow at least 10 days for processing. Our lay away plan let's you pay in advance as little as you like.
• There is a $25.00 deposit (applied towards the total ) required to start the order and make a sample label.
• Payment in full is required upon your approval of the label.
• If paying by credit card, we require the card holder to sign a release form before we ship.

• Your custom label sample (when you order) is free. You are allowed to make one revision after your first sample, however a $12.50 art charge is required for any future change.

• We invite you to submit tasteful and un-copywrited art work to enhance your label. We can use any size photo of good quality, they are returned undamaged. You can also submit a photo using e mail or upload directly to our server (call 800 752 2505 for instructions and password). Please save as a JPEG file of at least 300 dpi for best results or we can use photoshop and tiff files.

• E-mail samples may vary from computer to computer. We make every effort to match your color requirements. Sample labels are posted on our site at Favorlabel.com, only a link is sent to your e mail address.
